Functional fitness is about preparing you for life, for real-life movements and activities...think anything from squatting down to pick something off of the floor, to turning and reaching for a bowl on a high shelf. This type of exercise mimics your everyday actions while engaging multiple muscle groups. At the most basic level, functional fitness refers to exercises that improve daily activity. 


Our classes combine functional fitness movements like lifting, standing, running, pulling, reaching, & pushing in a fun and variable way to produce amazing results. Each workout is designed to challenge every athlete, regardless of past experience or current level of fitness.
