CLASS ATTENDANCE POLICIES:

CLASS RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

CLASS RESERVATION:

  • All members are required to reserve a spot in their desired class time through the PushPress Member App.  

  • All CrossFit classes are capped at 13 members to allow for safe distancing during workouts. Our Saturday Community Workout class caps vary based on the workout and our ability to move some athletes outside.  If you are unable to enroll prior to the cap then your name will be added to a waitlist.

  • If you have pre-enrolled in a class and can no longer attend, you will be required to cancel your enrollment 60 minutes prior to the class start time to avoid having a session removed from your allotted monthly count and allow for another member on the waitlist to attend the class.  

  • If you are on the waitlist you will need to wait until a spot opens to attend the class.  The system will notify you directly if space becomes available.  

  • Please Note:  Once you arrive to class you will still need to check in at the kiosk to change your status from enrolled to checked in for that specific class. Enrolling in the class is not the same as checking in to class.

RESERVATION CANCELLATON & NO-SHOWS:  

  • Athletes can cancel their reservation in PushPress free of charge no later than 60 minutes prior to class start.  

  • After that time, or if an athlete "No-Shows", a fee of $10 will be charged for athletes enrolled in the Unlimited Plan.  Athletes enrolled in either the 12x/month or a PunchCard, will have a session removed from their allotted classes. 

  • Please be sure to cancel in a timely manner to allow members on the waitlist to attend and to avoid any cancellation penalties.  

SIGN IN POLICY:

  • All athletes, regardless of plan, must sign in at the Kiosk prior to your scheduled class to change your status from reserved to checked-in.

  • In order to limit contact on high touch surfaces like the Kiosk, coaches will be checking athletes into class 

LATE POLICY:

  • If a member is late to class, they will need to notify the Coach-on-Duty so their reservation is not canceled.  Coach contact information is on the class reservation page in the PushPress App.   

  • We typically will extend a 10-15 minute grace period, but ultimately a late athlete's admittance into class is at the Coach-on-Duty's discretion and safety assessment.  

  • If the class has commenced the skill or strength portion of the class then the member may be asked to attend the next scheduled class of the day.  

  • Athletes who are allowed to join the class late, will be given an alternate warm-up to be completed immediately so as not to further delay the class.  The individual may also be asked to sit out of the skill or strength portion if they are late and prepare for the WOD.  

  • This policy is meant to ensure that classes run on schedule and in a safe manner.  We value your safety as well as our members and coaches time, and we ask that all of our members respect this policy and make every effort to arrive on time, if not early for class.

  • Additionally, if a member is consistently late to class and it appears they are abusing the late policy, the member will be asked to attend the next available class of the day.

COVID-19 POLICIES & PROCEDURES:

  • The health & safety of our athletes is continuously the focus of all we do here at CFK, and we have always adhered to strict sanitation & cleanliness protocols.  

  • We routinely have a company deep clean and disinfect the entire gym and coat it with an antimicrobial spray.

  • High touch surfaces are disinfected prior to each class.

  • Floors & equipment are disinfected after each class.

  • Here are a couple things to keep in mind as we all navigate through these unprecedented times:

    • If you or anyone in your household have experienced flu like symptoms or if you have been given a negative COVID-19 test result, please avoid coming to the gym for 14 days.

    • We are trying to keep outside cooties out and gym cooties in ;), so...

      • Upon entry & before leaving the gym, please wash or sanitize your hands

      • Upon entry, change into or sanitize the bottoms of your gym shoes with the spray located by the front door before walking on the black mats.  You may store your gym shoes, and other items you need at the gym, in an available cubby or locker.

    • Use of a puzzle mat is required during work on the floor to provide an extra barrier between your hands and the gym floor.

    • Sanitize ALL equipment prior to putting it away.
    • Do not share equipment with people outside of your household.

    • Masks are NOT required as long as social distancing is maintained.  If you are more comfortable wearing a mask, feel free to do so, but understand that exercising in a mask is not recommended.
